I love football, and football is also what led me to pay attention to injuries, health, and first aid in sports.
I am Fanrui Zhu, also known as Jeffrey, a student at Shanghai Pinghe School. Over the past few years, I have taken first-aid courses, conducted a small campus AED survey, observed work inside a professional football club and a technology company, and worked with classmates to organize public classes, campus training, and community volunteering.
These experiences have not made me an expert in sports medicine or first aid. If anything, they have shown me how much I still do not know. I am especially interested in questions like: Why do some people know what to do in an emergency while others are completely unprepared? How can more young people become willing to learn first aid? Can sports injuries be prevented earlier? Can data and technology help people exercise more safely and recover better?

This website records only a small part of the path I have taken so far. I do not know exactly what it will become, but I hope to keep playing football and keep following these questions.
